Stanley Maleski is a retired Senior Education Manager, a former Peace Corps Volunteer and Peace Corps Country Director. He will support the BOOKBRIDGE learning center in Takeo, Cambodia with strategic consulting services.
Originally from California, Stanley Malesky has moved to Takeo to accompany his wife, who works in Takeo Provincial Referral Hospital to train hospital microbiologists. As a retired Peace Corps activist, Stanley was looking for volunteer projects in Takeo where he might be useful.
Through a network of Peace Corps volunteers in Takeo – Kate and Chris Marsh – and after meeting with Sokhan Khut, BOOKBRIDGE Country Manager for Cambodia, Stanley has decided to volunteer at the learning center.
In agreement with the center, he will provide consultation to the local team of the learning center for the strategic development of the center. In the beginning, Stanley will focus on a marketing strategy for the courses to get the local team to explore and understand further why students chose Bookbridge Learning Center to learn English and how the centers English classes can be made different in the eyes of costumers. In the next sessions he will deal with how to attract international volunteers to support the learning center in a consecutive process.
With his strategic support to the local team, we hope that the learning center will make a better progress. Thank you very much Stanley for your kind support!
