There is no recipe on how to do a business plan or set a new business. There is not even a fixed list of ingredients. Every entrepreneur brings different ingredients together and then tries to create something appealing. This time we had the chance to try CAP12’s recipe and it was really good!

CAP12 Team cooked Mongolian Khorkog.
CAP12 Team cooked Mongolian Khorkog.

Last Thursday, July 19th 2018, with ingredients like team-work, passion, trust and hard-work CAP12 team pitched their business plan and delighted their investors, Eva and Bigna (representing BOOKBRIDGE Mongolia), with an amazing Mongolian dish. Cooking with hot stones, as in the traditional Mongolian kitchen, the team took the investors step by step through their recipe, and at the end a delicious Mongolian Khorkog was prepared. The best part was tasting the dish and hearing that the team got the investment needed for the Max Fun Learning Center in Bayankhongor, Mongolia.

With Jorge and Carmen, the coaches, the team evaluated and reflected on the work they have done so far; and also prepared themselves for the implementation phase. They will travel to Bayankhongor in September and need to bring the business plan to life. A lot needs to be done but this team has shown a great commitment and we are sure they will do a great job supporting Tseeggi in her dream of offering high quality education to the community in Bayankhongor.
