Capability Program Alumni Willem Bosman

In 2011, we kicked-off the 1st Capability Program with a team of six candidates from Kuehne + Nagel. The pilot program has been a big success with positive impact on candidates, the company and the community of Murun in Mongolia alike. Since then, 31 candidates have followed in three more programs to Cambodia. Our next Capability Program will start in April 2014 and target again a community in rural Mongolia. The Capability Program develops your business and leadership skills through experiential learning. Two professional coaches teach and mentor you on cutting-edge business and leadership skills in an open workshop setting. You directly apply the learnings as an entrepreneur, making a difference in Mongolia, Asia’s fastest-growing economy.
With international counterparts, you will conceptualize, setup and monitor their own community-based learning center as a social business. Your personal learning journey will teach you how to create and implement a business plan from scratch, how to deal with uncertainty and unfamiliar markets as well as how to work in a cross-cultural virtual team.
The BOOKBRIDGE Team along with two professional business and leadership coaches equip you with the know-how and management competencies to become a next-generation leader.

The program starts in April 2014 and comprises 16 days of experiential learning over 6 months. The program is led by one experienced leadership coach and one professional business coach along with three members of the BOOKBRIDGE Team. Participation fee amounts EUR 10,000 / CHF 12,500. Discounts are available for individuals, NGOs and companies with more than 3 candidates signing up. For more information, view the brochure below, download it or contact Carsten directly.
