Since 2012, we have developed more than 1,000 leaders from 120 organizations whilst creating 123 social enterprises in 16 different countries.
What are we looking for? We are looking for you as program manager to join our team. You support us in scaling our impact by empowering corporations to run our programs at their respective locations with their own resources. In this process, you recruit and onboard all stakeholders needed to run a program. You accompany them through our program with the goal to empower the local program manager to run the next program with less or no help from you. Our programs are structured in modules and involve their design, preparation and post-preparation. Finally, you assess the impact created by your program at the client organization as well as in the target community. With what you learn from each program, you contribute towards the further development of our programs.
Who are you? You are passionate about people development and creating impact. You have prior experience working in virtual teams and you enjoy working with people from different cultures. You have good communication skills and you see yourself as an empathetic person. You have no problem in adhering to existing guidelines while enjoying to give each program your personal touch. You are skilled in using different IT tools and platforms to get your work done. Your programs are run all around the world and you are flexible in adapting your calendar to meet the needs of our clients. Ideally, you are living around Basel, Zurich or Freiburg im Breisgau for regular meet ups with the rest of the team. Finally, you have no problem in conversing in English.
